Terry Malmberg has worked at EGR for nearly a decade. He is one of our go to guys as an accomplished project manager & skilled installer. Even with a full plate most of the time, Terry still takes time out of his day to serve his community.
How’d you get your start?
I owned TNT Helping Hands and installed for EGR before joining the team. I was an installer at EGR for several years before stepping into a project managing role.
Describe your day to day role as a project manager:
On any given project, my scope of work includes working hand in hand with everybody at EGR so we can meet our deadlines. I also work with installers to schedule and handle the installation process.
What has been your favorite project to date and why?
El Reno High School because it was my first job as a PM.
What is your biggest challenge on any given job?
Trying to incorporate all change orders and meet the deadline.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I like helping my community as firefighter for the town of Goldsby, and of course, playing paintball with the family.

To see the project after completion
